The position combines hands-on technical expertise with overall responsibility for IT operations, external service providers, information security, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, regulated medical device environment.\nManage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and core IT systems.\nEnsure system reliability, performance, and security through ongoing monitoring, maintenance, updates, backups, and endpoint protection.\nManage secure remote access solutions, including VPN connectivity, MFA, and access controls.\nEnsure consistent IT infrastructure, connectivity, and support across multiple company sites.\nManage outsourced IT service providers, including help desk, infrastructure, and network support, ensuring high service levels and timely issue resolution.\nOversee IT vendors, contracts, and budgets.\nManage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.\nMaintain and improve information security practices and support compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 requirements, in collaboration with the CISO and internal stakeholders.\nSupport business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure improvement initiatives.\n.\nReports to\nSr. Director\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations, including previous experience in a managerial or team lead role - must.\nStrong hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft 365, cloud environments, networking, VPN, firewalls, endpoint management, and IT infrastructure - must.\nProven experience managing external IT service providers and vendors -
