You'll be pragmatic and commercially minded, with a focus on delivering real impact rather than overcomplicating things. You'll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, know how to balance competing priorities and be confident finding solutions that work for the business as we grow.\nIt’s a wide ranging, highly collaborative role that will interact with the whole business: you'll work across people operations, IT and tooling, legal and compliance, alongside leading projects that improve how we work across the business.\nWhat You'll Do\nTake ownership of key People Operations processes, helping create a great employee experience as we grow.\n\nShape how we use internal systems and tooling, finding smarter ways to work and opportunities to introduce automation.\n\nTake ownership of legal and compliance operations, working with external advisers to ensure we're set up for success as we scale.\n\nDrive high-impact projects, working closely with teams across the business to evolve our ways of working as we scale.\n\nBuild and introduce new processes that make a genuine difference to how we operate, bringing together people, tools and data to support our growth.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5-6+ years' experience in Operations or a similar generalist role, including experience leading on one of the key areas (people operations, legal, compliance or IT).\n\nExperience in high-growth startups is a must.\n\nA whizz AI, tooling and automation.\n\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nAt Magentic, we recognise and reward the talent that drives our success. We find this is the best way for candidates to get a sense of what working at Magentic is like.
