That’s a $3tn market opportunity.\nWe’re backed by world-class investors including Sequoia Capital, and you’ll be joining an exceptional team bringing together experience from OpenAI, Meta, Revolut, NASA and McKinsey.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn the development of high-quality user-facing experiences, from early ideas through to production\n\nHelp drive the architecture and technical direction of our frontend as the product and engineering team scale\n\nImprove frontend engineering practices, raising the bar for code quality, performance, testing and maintainability\n\nWork directly with users to understand their problems and make complex AI workflows feel simple and intuitive\n\nCollaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering to shape what we build and continually increase the impact of our product\n\nYou Might Be a Great Fit if You:\nHave 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience building complex frontend applications\n\nAre highly proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript and React\n\nHave strong frontend architecture experience and have helped improve technical practices within an engineering team\n\nHave experience building products powered by LLMs or other AI technologies\n\nThrive in an early-stage, high-ownership environment where you can move quickly, influence decisions and communicate effectively across technical and business teams\n\nBonus Points:\nComfortable moving between product thinking, interaction design and frontend implementation\n\nHave experience building or evolving scalable design systems\n\nHave worked on complex, data-heavy enterprise products\n\nFamiliarity with supply chain, procurement or manufacturing domains\n\nComfortable working with Python\n\nCompensation and Benefits:\nAt Magentic, we recognise and reward the talent that drives our success.
