We expect engineers to have opinions on how we evolve it.\n\nWhat you ship into production. Running it, debugging it when something breaks, improving it when usage tells you something the spec didn't.\n\nThe shape of the work, not just the execution. You might contribute to open source, ship side projects, or spin things up just to see how they work.
