You're responsible for the EAs matched to our clients - developing them, and making sure the partnership on both sides holds up.\nLeadership here doesn't look like a typical team-lead job. You're not accumulating direct reports - you're accountable for the whole relationship: the client on one side, the people delivering the work on the other. Part account owner, part coach, no fixed playbook. Your team doesn't follow you because of your title - they follow because you've built trust, and that's the only kind of authority that holds at 2am on a client call.\nWhen your team delivers, clients renew. When clients renew, Magic grows.\nShift: training runs overnight (Week 1: Monday-Thursday 8:30 PM-5:30 AM PHT, Friday MEA team orientation; Weeks 2-3: 10:00 PM-7:00 AM PHT), Monday-Friday, with your eventual production shift landing between 6 PM-3 AM, 12 AM-9 AM, or 4 AM-1 PM PHT.
