You develop the EAs matched to our clients and make sure the partnership works for both sides.\nIt's a different job than \"manager.\" You're not building a roster of direct reports - you're carrying the full partnership: the client relationship and the humans delivering on it. Part coach, part account partner, no fixed script. Your EAs don't follow you because it's required - they follow because you've built trust, and that's the only authority that holds up on a 2am client call.\n\nWhen your EAs perform, clients stay. When clients stay, Magic grows.\n\nShift: training runs overnight (Week 1: Monday-Thursday 8:30 PM-5:30 AM PHT, Friday MEA team orientation; Weeks 2-3: 10:00 PM-7:00 AM PHT), Monday-Friday, with your eventual production shift landing between 6 PM-3 AM, 12 AM-9 AM, or 4 AM-1 PM PHT. Training is strict: zero absences (documented medical emergencies only), max 2 tardies, 70% minimum score with one retake per failed module.\n Compensation & Benefits\nGross package ₱42,000 (₱38,117 base + ₱3,833 non-taxable allowances), plus a performance bonus of ₱3,000-₱5,000/month (650+ billed hours/week and quality targets) - total monthly potential ₱42,000-₱47,000 · HMO (after 6 months) · 12 vacation + 10 sick days/year · 13th month pay, SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG · Desktop computer + full IT support provided · Paid Training\n Application Process\nApplication + Pre-Qualifying Assessment → Interview with Talent Team (45 min) → 24-Hour Reflection Period → Final Interview with Operations Team → Background Check → Job Offer → 3-Week Training Program","description_format":"text","description_chars":1996,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Philippines","iso":"PH","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-13T13:50:04Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":18,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.336,"p_room":0.55,"age_days":8,"expected_fill_days":6,"reasons":["conf:0","agency","win:tail","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-21T05:46:15Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":9372,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/magic-ea-team-coach-client-partner-full-time-remote-philippines","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/magic-ea-team-coach-client-partner-full-time-remote-philippines.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-21T17:44:23Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":25043,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-22T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":1815027},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=1815027"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmagic-ea-team-coach-client-partner-full-time-remote-philippines"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmagic-ea-team-coach-client-partner-full-time-remote-philippines"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmagic-ea-team-coach-client-partner-full-time-remote-philippines"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/magic-ea-team-coach-client-partner-full-time-remote-philippines\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmagic-ea-team-coach-client-partner-full-time-remote-philippines"}]}
