You’ll be the go-to person for how things work here, from someone’s first day to their last, including the conversations that need care and discretion. You’ll report to the COO and work closely with Recruitment, IT and Finance. This is a hands-on role, with a clear path to shaping and growing our HR function as the company scales.\nWhat you’ll do\nRun onboarding and offboarding end to end, in close partnership with Recruitment and IT.\n\nOwn Rippling as our HRIS, keeping employee data accurate and workflows running smoothly.\n\nManage our Deel EOR workforce, including onboarding, contract changes and day-to-day contact with Deel.\n\nSupport employees across our US, UK and Australian entities, making sure contracts, leave and local requirements are handled correctly.\n\nAdminister benefits across regions, including US Open Enrollment alongside our broker.\n\nPartner with Finance on payroll, making sure starters, leavers and changes are captured accurately and on time each cycle.\n\nHandle sensitive employee matters, including performance conversations, exits and investigations, with discretion and sound judgment.\n\nBe the first point of contact for employee questions on policies, leave, benefits and paperwork.\n\nDocument and tighten our HR processes so they scale across countries and time zones.\n\nWhat you bring\n5+ years in HR operations at a fast-moving, globally distributed company, ideally in tech, fintech, wagering or another regulated industry.\n\nExperience handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment.\n\nHands-on experience with Rippling or a similar HRIS.\n\nExperience managing an EOR workforce, ideally through Deel.\n\nWorking knowledge of Australian employment requirements, with exposure to the US (and ideally the UK) a strong plus.\n\nAn AI-first mindset: you look for ways to use AI and automation to scale yourself and the function.\n\nHigh attention to detail and a track record of making things run reliably.\n\nClear, warm written communication, and comfort working across time zones, with enough flexibility to overlap with US and UK hours.\n\nBonus points\nExperience in crypto, Web3 or online gaming.\n\nExperience
