The business owner is the sole operator of a growing RevOps consultancy, and every hour spent on admin, invoicing, or fielding routine HubSpot questions is an hour not spent on billable client strategy work - the highest-value use of their time. This role exists to take full ownership of HubSpot-related client support and troubleshooting, becoming the trusted go-to person clients turn to instead of the owner. By doing so, this hire directly protects and grows the owner's billable capacity while ensuring clients continue to receive fast, reliable support with no drop in quality.
