Why this role exists
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and data-driven Paid Search Manager to own and scale our Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads programs. Managing a combined monthly budget of $225K-$250K+, you will be directly responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and continuous growth of our paid search efforts.
You will oversee a multi-faceted account structure-including Branded, Non-Branded, Performance Max (PMax), and Demand Generation campaigns-leveraging advanced tROAS bidding strategies to maximize revenue and return on ad spend.
