for many people, Magic Patterns is “magic.” Be proud of your work and have fun!\n\nIn this role, you will:\nOffer onboarding, implementation, and adoption support for customers\n\nDeliver product integration consultation and post-sale Enterprise guidance to enable seamless technical implementations\n\nSupport completion of security questionnaires in a cross functional team\n\nStep in to support large identity implementations requiring ongoing technical guidance, including SSO, SAML, and enterprise authentication systems\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to identify technical improvement opportunities and influence the product roadmap based on customer needs\n\nBuild technical documentation, best practices guides, and enablement materials to scale customer success efforts\n\nWork together with founder and account executives to ensure comprehensive customer success\n\nYour background and skill sets look like:\n2+ years experience in B2B SaaS\n\nPrior experience at an early-stage AI company (Seed to Series C preferred)\n\nStrong technical and design fluency-you’ve worked with software teams before, and you can comfortably explain component libraries\n\nComfortable in ambiguity-you know how to build structure in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment\n\nEntrepreneurial spirit and first principles thinking\n\nBonus points if you have:\nYou have used tools like Magic Patterns before\n\nYou know how to code\n\nExperience with bottoms-up adoption funnels and PLG\n\nPrevious founder, early operator, or first customer success hire\n\nCompensation and benefits:\nRapid career growth at one of the fastest growing Series A companies\n\nCompetitive salary and equity package\n\n15 days off PTO\n\nHealth, dental, and vision coverage\n\nFun team offsites and events -
