If you thrive on solving challenging mobile problems using React Native and modern mobile technologies, we want to hear from you!\nResponsibilities\nLead the architectural design, development, and continuous evolution of scalable React Native mobile applications.\nBuild and maintain high-quality cross-platform apps for iOS and Android using modern React Native practices.\nOptimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness across devices.\nDesign and implement integrations with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.\nEnsure code quality and reliability through automated testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox).\nImplement secure mobile practices including authentication flows, secure storage, and data protection.\nCollaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless end-to-end mobile experiences.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, mobile release processes (App Store / Google Play), and DevOps best practices.\nMaintain comprehensive technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.\nConduct code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers.\nParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term mobile platform strategy.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 7 years of software development experience, with at least 4-5 years focused extensively on React Native.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.\nSolid understanding of React Native architecture, hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API), and performance optimization.\nExperience integrating with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.\nFamiliarity with native modules and bridging (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android).\nExperience with mobile app deployment processes for App Store and Google Play.\nStrong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.\nExperience implementing push notifications, deep linking, and background tasks.\nProficiency with Git and secure coding practices.\nExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative environment.\nExcellent communication skills in English.\nDemonstrated ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.\nProven experience collaborating across time zones and with distributed teams.\nBonus Points If You Have\nExperience with Expo (managed and bare workflows).\nFamiliarity with microservices-based backend architectures.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).\nExperience with performance monitoring tools (Firebase, Sentry, Datadog).\nUnderstanding of mobile analytics and A/B testing.\nExperience with E2E testing and automated mobile pipelines.\nExposure to other frontend frameworks like React.js.\nAbout Us\nWe are a team of innovative software professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions across diverse industries.
