Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.\nGroup Summary:\nThe Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.\nRecognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world.\nJob Responsibilities:\nGeneral Job Duties:\n\nTo exhibit an objective, fair and professional attitude that exemplifies the principles outlined in The Magna Employee’s Charter to maintain a positive and productive workplace.\nTo exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.\nTo demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.\nTo follow Decostar policies and display conduct expected of Decostar employees as described in the employee handbook.\nTo follow safety rules of Decostar and work in a manner that is conducive to maintaining a safe and healthful workplace.\nTo meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of Decostar.\nTo perform daily cross-functional job assignments as required and per the department’s established procedures and work instructions.\nSpecific Job Duties:\nManage customer communication and relationships for Aftersales OEMs including, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Volkswagen, and GM.\nMaintain accurate EDI in QAD and purchase order processing for Aftersales customers, resolving exceptions to support uninterrupted order fulfillment\nCoordinate with OEM customers and internal leadership on Aftersales program reviews, performance discussions, and operational requirements\nWork cross-functionally with planners and operations to manage material requirements and maintain on-time production performance.\nAlign weekly build and shipping plans with Operations/Logistics to meet Aftersales customer demand.\nProvided real-time order and shipping plan updates through OEM Aftersales portals\nReview and process change requests affecting Aftersales parts within Change X and Trax.\nPrepare and maintain Aftersales sales and attainment reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis or as requested.\nReview demand trends and forecasts to support Aftersales program planning\n Skills and Experience Required:\nMinimum 1 year experience in the automotive industry.\nStrong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated abilities to communicate with other department team members as well as the Decostar management team and OEMs.\nKnowledge of QAD and Microsoft Office a plus\nBasic computer skills\nBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\nFluent in English (reading and writing).\nEducation:\n\n High School Degree or equivalent.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while standing or walking for up to eight (8) hours a day, the ability to perform work while sitting for up to eight (8) hours a day and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds on an infrequent basis. Good vision at a close distance is required. Must be capable of performing repetitive motion at, above and below shoulder height for up to six (6) hours a day.
