Job Responsibilities:

What you can expect

• As a Algorithm Development Student, you will be part of passionate and innovative team working on various cutting-edge projects in the automotive safety industry where you will have the chance to get in touch with technologies responsible for vehicle exterior monitoring
• Understand specific use cases, ensure data collection, set up and elaborate data, and handle edge-cases
• You assist in defining design, test strategies, and pipelines under the guidance of experienced engineers
• You will participate in software development and ongoing enhancements in an Agile environment
• You will learn to build and enhance machine learning models for diverse automotive applications
• You will gain experience in taking initiative and work both independently and collaboratively

What you'll bring

• Good knowledge of programming in Python
• Minimum experience with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like Visual Studio
• Familiarity with versioning systems (e.g., GIT)
• A willingness to learn software development best practices and clean code principles
• Proven interest in relational/non-relational databases will be considered an advantage
• Experience with machine learning, image processing techniques, and computer vision is a plus
• It would be considered a plus being enrolled in a terminal year of a Computer Science bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a master's program related to Computer Vision / Computer Science (Machine Learning specific curricula would be desired)
