With 65+ years of expertise, our ecosystem of interconnected products combined with our complete vehicle expertise uniquely positions us to advance mobility in an expanded transportation landscape.\nJob Responsibilities:\nThis position needs an analytical, well-educated, knowledgeable, and motivated team-player with strong FICO (Finance and Controlling) background, work ethic and integrity that will become a key part of “Global IT” to implement and provide adequate, 24x7 support for FICO (Finance and Controlling). \nProviding daily support to Magna divisions/plants, especially Americas region. Needs to discuss with users, host workshops, define optional solutions, and be able to initiate FICO improvement projects, implement it, and manage project status/schedule is also required. \nMajor Responsibilities\nAnalyze business requirements and gaps not met by the existing systems / implementations.\nIdentify feasible solutions within SAP framework and estimate effort needed to meet those business requirements and gaps.\nImplement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup or code and support roll-out projects.\nProvide day-to-day SAP end-user support including month end closing\nAssist in E-invoicing global implementation project.\nProvide user training to group/divisions \nCreate a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge.\nComplete other duties as required by the Manager from time to time.\nUses teamwork to positively and effectively contribute to a high morale/high-performance team culture, consulting attitude and strong personal integrity.\nHe/she ensures global support.\nPerform a complete, detailed analysis evaluating available applications and identifying opportunities for enhancing existing systems. \nAssist in the coordination and collaboration of external consultants (Customer & Suppliers) as well as internal team members.\nTime tracking and documentation according to Magna Global IT standards\nEnsures billing of his/her projects and changes\nDesign practical, creative, conceptual technical solutions for business requirements balancing appropriate technology, cost and implementation timeline. \nDevelop and adhere to standards for design, coding, testing, change control, code deployment, software controls, configuration management, continuous integration, and troubleshooting and root cause analysis of application problems. \nMaintain documentation of invoice processing procedures and support activities.\nPerformance Measures\nProject Management (In time, in quality, In budget) proper documentation and reporting.\nSLA (Service level Agreement) fulfillment to the divisions.\nLess problems and escalations.\nProject time should be more than 30%.\nSupport new SAP Implementations.\nKnowledge and Education\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or similar discipline.\nMust be able to communicate in English.\nExperience in Automotive Industry is preferred.\nWork Experience\nMore than 4 years of SAP FICO-related experience.\nSkills and Competencies\nExperience of SAP full cycle project as a FICO consultant\nBasic finance and controlling concepts knowledge are must\nFamiliar with finance accounting submodules, have experience of data migration methodology, such as fixed asset migration, G/L master data migration, and inventory migration, etc.\nAble to configure and support FICO module in SAP.\nFamiliar with FICO integration with other SAP modules such as material management, sales and distribution.\nExperience of FICO validation and substitution or enhancements is required. \nPayment interface with bank is desired.\nMaterial Ledger and Project Systems skill will be a plus.\nABAP debug skill is a plus.\nReview and work up development requests & specs for ABAP programmers to develop customized functionality or reports to meet business requirements.\nKnowledge of Business Warehouse (BW) is preferred.\nAnalytical and flexible approaches in the projects and coordination of available resources.\nExcellent performance and organizational skills.\nMust be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.\nAble to collaborate with users and have a strong desire to host workshops.\nGood communication and customer service skills\nAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:\nAt Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
