Für den Bereich Procurement Indirect Spend & Invest suchen wir engagierte Teamkolleg_innen für unterschiedliche Buyer-Positionen. Eine Stelle fokussiert sich auf Infrastructure (Bauwesen, Logistik und Dienstleistungen), die zweite Stelle auf Manufacturing Equipment und/oder IT Hardware & Software.
Deine Aufgaben
- Je nach Position übernimmst du unterschiedliche Einkaufsagenden mit Schwerpunkt Infrastructure (Bauwesen, Logistik, Dienstleistungen) oder Manufacturing Equipment und/oder IT Hardware & Software
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Einkaufsprozess - von der Anfragen- und Angebotsabwicklung über Verhandlungen, Bestellungen und Kontrakte bis zur Vertragserstellung - für deutsch- und englischsprachige Projekte
- Durchführung von Ausschreibungen in Kooperation mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen, inklusive Angebotsbewertung, Verhandlungsführung, Erstellung und Pflege globaler/lokaler Lieferantenportfolios sowie Termin- und Kennzahlentracking
- Durchführung von Beschaffungsmarktanalysen und Ableitung passender Sourcing-Strategien für den jeweiligen Aufgabenbereich
- Proaktive Identifizierung von Kostenreduzierungsmaßnahmen, aktive Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen und Einbringung von Ideen
- Vertretung der Einkaufsinteressen in interdisziplinären Teams sowie Koordination und Teilnahme an unternehmensinternen Meetings, Fachbereichsabstimmungen und Kundenterminen
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme des jeweiligen Aufgabenbereichs nach abgeschlossener Einschulungsphase und laufender Unterstützung durch Mentoring
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. LAP, HAK/HTL, FH, TU oder Universität) mit wirtschaftlichem Verständnis
- Fundierte Einkaufserfahrung von Vorteil, vorzugsweise im indirekten Einkauf bzw. in der Beschaffung von Infrastructure-relevanten Warengruppen, Manufacturing Equipment, IT Hardware/Software, Dienstleistungen oder sonstigen indirekten Beschaffungswarengruppen
- Technisches Grundverständnis sowie Interesse an projektbezogenen und bereichsübergreifenden Beschaffungsthemen
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel; SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, idealerweise verhandlungssicher, in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg_innen, Lieferanten und Kunden
- Projektmanagement-Skills sowie gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft für Lieferantenbesuche, Werksabstimmungen und internationale Projekttermine

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.228,-- und € 4.355,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).
