We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer who will serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality matters and play a key role in managing customer requirements, resolving complaints, and driving continuous product quality improvement.\nWhat will you be responsible for?\nCommunicating with customers and ensuring a clear understanding of their quality requirements and expectations.\nBuilding and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key customers.\nMonitoring product quality performance at customer locations and evaluating reported issues.\nCoordinating and leading activities related to customer complaints and quality concerns.\nDriving corrective and preventive action processes using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Cause & Effect, and Is/Is Not analysis.\nEnsuring timely and effective closure of customer issues in cooperation with internal teams.\nAddressing technical quality-related requirements and customer inquiries.\nManaging customer portals and ensuring all required information is accurate and up to date.\nParticipating in project and program team meetings.\nPreparing reports, analyses, and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.\nCooperating with Production, Process, and Project teams to support continuous quality improvement.\nWhat are we looking for?\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Customer Quality, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.\nCommunicative level of English, both written and spoken.\nKnowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, and Automotive Core Tools.\nUnderstanding of Quality Management Systems.\nStrong analytical and logical thinking skills.\nAbility to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nProactive, self-driven, and customer-focused approach.\nAbility to work effectively in an international environment.\nIt will be an advantage if you have:\nExperience communicating with OEM customers within the automotive industry.\nExperience working with customer portals and customer audits.\nKnowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and automotive quality standards.\nSalary\nStarting from €1,800 gross per month.
