Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.\nJob Responsibilities:\nExtensive product development and innovation expertise, including deep experience with PLM systems, GD&T, VA/VE, and FMEA.\nBroad and advanced knowledge of sheet-metal components (steel and aluminum) and/or castings, covering at least five commodities.\nStrong proficiency in mechanical laboratory testing methods (tensile testing, hardness measurement, metallurgy).\nHighly experienced in automotive quality requirements such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC.\nComprehensive process and manufacturing knowledge, including forming, joining, and quality-related processes.\nFully capable of leading and managing complex projects from concept initiation through feasibility, design, construction, try-out, launch, and logistics.\nSound knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.\nStrong written & verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, proposals, presentations, and customer-facing documentation.\nDemonstrates strong time and self-management skills and proactively and reliably prioritizes assigned tasks.\nExperienced in handling complex problems, structuring topics, and contributing to the development of effective and sustainable solutions.\nUses IT tools, advanced data analysis methods, and AI-supported solutions to improve efficiency, analysis quality, and decision-making in complex contexts.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) & collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)\nAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:\nAt Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
