We are looking for a Financial Controller who will support financial planning, cost controlling, reporting, and business decision-making through accurate financial analysis and insights.\nWhat will you be responsible for?\nPreparing and analyzing regular financial and management reports.\nMonitoring inventory levels and related financial indicators.Supporting the implementation and enhancement of SAP Controlling (CO) processes.\nPerforming profitability analyses of products, projects, and operations.\nParticipating in the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and quarterly budgets.\nAnalyzing variances against budget and identifying improvement opportunities.\nSupporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.\nEnsuring compliance with internal financial procedures and controls.\nPreparing ad-hoc analyses and management reports.\nCooperating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and cost performance.\nWhat are we looking for?\nUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.\nExperience in Finance, Controlling, Audit, or a similar area.\nFluent Slovak and English, both written and spoken.\nAdvanced MS Excel skills.SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.\nGood communication and presentation skills.\nProactive and self-driven approach.\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.\nIt will be an advantage if you have:\nExperience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.\nExperience with SAP CO module implementation or support.\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.\nSalary\nStarting from €1,700 gross per month.
