Job Responsibilities:

Dirigir y administrar el desempeño y los desarrollos del departamento de Producción Ensamble en Cosma San Luis, a través de la implementación de sistemas de producción robustos y eficientes, que permitan el logro de los objetivos definidos en las metas de la organización y cumplan los requerimientos específicos del cliente y de los inversionistas.

Competencias Funcionales:

• Planeación y organización
• Liderazgo y comunicación efectiva
• Enfoque a resultados y trabajo en equipo
• Conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing
• Experiencia en procesos de ensamble y soldadura
• Conocimiento de IATF 16949 y normas automotrices
• Conocimiento de propiedades y características del acero

Formación Academica:

Ingenieria Industrial o afin

Experiencia Requerida:

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puestos similares.
