Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.\nGroup Summary:\nThe Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.\nRecognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world.\nJob Responsibilities:\nUtilizing Total Preventative Maintenance principals develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance schedule for all manufacturing equipment in the T.E.A.M. Systems facility.\nAttend pre shift and post shift crossover team meeting.\nPerform daily start up and shutdown procedures. \nRepair any manufacturing equipment in the event of a failure.\nMaintain a spare parts inventory for all manufacturing equipment in the T.E.A.M. Systems facility.\nPerform necessary in-house projects. Keep and up to date log of the timing of these projects.\nPerform any facility repairs as needed.\nIdentify and correct any safety issues inside the T.E.A.M. Systems facility.\nWork with outside companies to perform any required projects that are not completed with internal resources.\nComplete all required paperwork (shift notes, PM logs, work order documents, etc.) as instructed by Team Leader/Manager.\nMonitor installation of new equipment by contractors.\nMaintain and improve our 5S standards.\n2 Openings: 2nd Shift (2PM - 10:30PM) and 3rd Shift (11:00PM - 6:30AM)\nWho we are looking for:\nA minimum of five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExtensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers.\nExperience with six axis robotics.\nYour preferred qualifications:\nAn associate degree in a technical field or five years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.\nAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:\nAt Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
