Für unseren Standort inKerpen suchen wirab sofort Sie als Mechatroniker / Elektriker / Energieanlagenelektroniker Automotive (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben
Mitgestaltung und Aufbau von SPS-gesteuerten, pneumatischen Vorrichtungen im Montagebereich
Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
Störungsbehebung an elektrischen Betriebs-, Verfahrens- und Produktionsanlagen
Mitverantwortlichkeit bei der Durchführung von Umbau- und Neubaumaßnahmen
Vorbeugende Instandhaltung diverser pneumatischer / hydraulischer Steuerungen
Reparatur und Wartung von Montageautomaten und von Handlinggeräten
Bestellung von Ersatz- und Verschleißteilen
Allgemeine mechanische Tätigkeiten (Werkzeugwechsel an Produktionsanlagen etc.)
Einweisung und Betreuung von Fremdfirmen bei Arbeiten im Fachbereich
Rückmeldung der Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in SAP/PM
Wissen und Ausbildung
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker / Energieanlagenelektroniker / Elektriker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung S5 / S7
Umfassende elektro-pneumatische Kenntnisse
Freundlicher und engagierter Teamplayer
Selbständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft zu Wechselschichtarbeit (Frühschicht, Spätschicht, Nachtschicht und/ oder Tagschicht)
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Gute SAP-Kenntnisse
Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
Grundlagen in der Robotik (Erfahrungen mit Kuka und Cloos-Schweißrobotern wünschenswert)
Mechanikkenntnisse (Pneumatik, Metallbearbeitung etc.), Schweißkenntnisse MIG/MAG, WIG sind wünschenswert
