Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.\nJob Responsibilities:\nEducation and/or Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, plus two years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.\nKnowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) communication systems and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to effectively lead teams and support operational objectives in a manufacturing environment.\nSupervise daily production operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, organized, and professional work environment.\nLead and develop employees through open communication, fair and consistent policy administration, performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.\nDrive operational excellence by improving first-run quality, productivity, labor efficiency, and continuous improvement.\nPromote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards by conducting training, inspections, investigations, audits, and corrective actions to maintain a safe workplace.\nEnsure compliance with Magna Employee Charter principles, Quality and Material Management Systems, ISO 14001 requirements, and company objectives while supporting high productivity and positive EOS results.\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for the performance of this position.
