Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.\nJob Responsibilities:\nEducation and/or Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, plus two years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nProficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, and database systems.\nKnowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) communication devices and MRP systems.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and self-motivation.\nJob Responsibilities:\n Lead employee training and development, including onboarding, training plans, documentation, and ongoing skills updates.\n Train and develop employees by ensuring training programs align with company standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a proactive change agent.\nImprove operational performance by identifying recurring issues and implementing corrective actions.
