Job Responsibilities:

Náplň práce:

• zpracovává dodavatelské reklamace v portálu QPF
• v případě výskytu podezřelých, nevyhovujících dílů má za povinnost zajistit a koordinovat kontrolně třídící akci a k tomuto
• účelu i veškerou potřebnou dokumentaci pro zajištění třídící akce. O výsledcích informuje nadřízeného pracovníka.
• odpovídá za správu a řízení HA (Hold Area)
• připravuje podklady k pravidelnému reportu kvality
• spoluodpovídá za naplňování cílů kvality
• spolupracuje a spoluodpovodpovídá při realizaci stanovených cílů jakosti ve společnosti
• zodpovídá za kalkulace vícenákladů za reklamační řízení s dodavateli
• připravuje podklady k fakturaci dodavatelům (náklady za reklamace)
• aplikuje nástroje pro prevenci chyb vedoucích k nekvalitě ve všech oblastech výrobního procesu
• spravuje systémovou šrotaci pomocí SAP
• aktivně se podílí změnových řízení a jiných aktivit ovlivňující status dodavatelů
• informuje QM o výsledcích jednání s dodavateli
• podílí se na rozvoji dodavatelů
