We are looking for a System Quality Engineer who will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), coordination of internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and automotive industry standards.\nWhat will you be responsible for?\nCoordinating and developing the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, customer requirements, and internal company standards.\nPlanning, organizing, and ensuring plant readiness for internal, customer, and certification audits.\nConducting internal audits and coordinating corrective and continuous improvement actions.\nOrganizing and coordinating Layered Process Audits (LPA) and Control Plan Audits.\nPreparing and coordinating regular Quality Management System reviews.\nSupporting continuous improvement of the QMS and implementation of best practices across the organization.\nManaging controlled documentation and company archiving processes.\nCoordinating the sharing of Lessons Learned and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing plants.\nProviding support during external audits and acting as the key contact person for all QMS-related matters.\nTraining internal auditors and conducting quality induction training for new employees.\nCooperating with Production, Engineering, and other support functions to ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive standards.\nContributing to the development of a quality culture and continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization.\nWhat are we looking for?\nUniversity degree in a technical field, preferably with a focus on Quality Management.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.\nActive knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.\nGood knowledge of Quality Management System requirements, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9000.\nExperience with internal and/or external quality system audits.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nProactive, independent, and detail-oriented approach.\nAbility to influence others, drive change, and collaborate effectively across different functions.\nIt will be an advantage if you have:\nInternal Auditor certification according to IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3.\nKnowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP.\nExperience with controlled documentation and document management systems.\nExperience in preparing for and coordinating certification and customer audits.\nSalary\nStarting from €1,700 gross per month.
