Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Electronics.\nJob Responsibilities:\nWe are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring agency workers and coordinating recruitment activities with external staffing agencies. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support a wide range of HR processes and gain exposure to various areas of Human Resources.\nWhat will you be responsible for?\nManaging the end-to-end recruitment process for agency workforce positions, including Production Operators, Warehouse Operators, Quality Technicians, and other manufacturing roles.\nCoordinating and maintaining relationships with staffing agencies responsible for temporary workforce hiring.\nEnsuring timely fulfillment of recruitment needs in line with hiring plans.\nScreening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.\nCoordinating the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing start dates, induction training, orientation activities, and providing support during their first days with the company.\nManaging job advertisements and working with recruitment portals.\nHandling recruitment administration, reporting, and related documentation.\nSupporting recruitment activities for permanent positions when required.\nAssisting with workforce planning and other HR-related activities.\nParticipating in the creation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.\nPreparing reports, audit materials, and budget-related HR data.\nSupporting employee relations activities and contributing to a positive workplace culture.\nWhat are we looking for?\nUniversity degree (Bachelor's or Master's level).\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.\nExperience with staffing agencies or high-volume recruitment is an advantage.\nGood understanding of HR processes and labor relations.\nEnglish language proficiency at minimum B2 level.\nAdvanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nProactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.\nStrong interpersonal skills and genuine interest in working with people.\nIt will be an advantage if you have:\nExperience with Workday.\nExperience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.\nExperience with agency workforce recruitment or mass hiring projects.\nSalary\nStarting from €1,800 gross per month.
