Main responsibilities are support activities regarding time management and payroll as the biggest part of our SAP AMS HCM service (incidents and service requests). Additionally, the role will collaborate within rollouts as well as smaller change request projects.\nMajor Responsibilities\nConfiguration, maintenance and improvement of Magna’s existing and growing SAP HCM landscape\n\nParticipation in day-to-day support business (ticketing) with incidents and service requests related to time management, payroll, personnel administration, organizational management and Fiori\n\nSupport of our Workday integration and re-integration processes\n\nCollaboration in rollout and implementation projects\n\nSelf-responsible coordination and execution of small projects (change requests)\n\nCommunication with customers, external partners and colleagues globally\n\nKnowledge and Education\nUniversity Degree/College Diploma or a minimum of 5 recent years of experience in a similar position\n\nGeneral process know how within Human Resources area\n\nWork Experience\nMinimum 5-7 years of work-related experience in SAP AMS HCM area regarding positive time management and payroll\n\nSkills and Competencies\nDeep know how in SAP positive Time management\n\nKnow how in SAP Payroll, Personnel administration, Organizational management and Travel management\n\nKnow how in SAP Fiori platform, SAP (HCM) authorizations and ALE integrations\n\nStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situation\n\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team\n\nStrong customer service skills\n\nStrong time management and multitasking skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nFluent in English (written and oral)\n\nWork Environment\nNo travel\nFor dedicated and motivated employees, we offer an interesting and diversified job within a dynamic global team together with the individual and functional development in a professional environment of a global acting business.
