AT MAGNA The Senior Financial Controller is responsible for financial management, budget management, and cost optimization to ensure the company's financial performance, Development, supervision, monitoring of budgets, and cost control.

Hiring Requirements

• Responsibility

- Develop and update annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and medium/long-term plans (business plan, forecasting, etc

Evaluate the impacts of projects (provisions, investments, transfers) on the P&L and the balance sheet

Produce detailed analyses of financial and operational performance (EBITDA, ROI, net margin, etc.)

Analyze cost accounting, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions

Manage the control of direct and indirect costs in connection with operations (production, logistics, procurement)

Prepare financial performance reports for top management

Evaluate the impacts of projects (provisions, investments, transfers) on the P&L and the balance sheet

Additional Job Description

- Master's degree (Bac +5)

- 5-8 years of confirmed experience in a similar position

- Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration

Cost Management and Internal Control

Knowledge of Accounting Standards

Proficiency in ERP and Analytical Tools

- Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Ability to work in a team and manage emergencies.
