Job Responsibilities:

Mission:

• Develop mechanics of ADAS products. 开发ADAS产品的机械结构。

Position Responsibility:

• Develop mechanical designs for camera, radar and ADCU products. 开发摄像头、雷达和ADCU产品的机械设计。
• Create mechanical development plan. 制定机械开发计划。
• Create concept designs, 3D models and draft part & customer drawings. 创建概念设计、3D模型，并绘制零件及客户图纸。
• Create concept validation plan. 制定概念验证计划。
• Verify concept designs. 验证概念设计。
• Review and approve simulation reports. 审核并批准仿真报告。
• Design prototype tooling for DV build. 设计DV（设计验证）阶段的原型工装。
• Create DFMEA or DRBFM. 编制DFMEA或DRBFM。
• Perform tolerance stack up. 执行公差累积分析。
• Review and sign off technical agreements (TFC) with suppliers. 审核并签署与供应商的技术协议（TFC）。
• Sign off engineering approval for PPAP. 签署PPAP工程批准。
• Develop new connectors/mechanicals/materials with suppliers. 与供应商共同开发新连接器/机械件/材料。
• Support customers to determine best product mounting locations in vehicle. 支持客户确定产品在车辆中的最佳安装位置。
• Support change projects. 支持变更项目。
• Support customer RFQ. 支持客户RFQ（报价需求）。

Position Requirements:

Required Qualifications.基本资质。

• Diploma: Bachelor or Master with mechanical engineering degree. 学历：本科或硕士，机械工程专业。
• Working Experience: More than 8 years working experience. 工作经验：8年以上工作经验。
• Language: Fluent English speaking. 语言：英语流利。
