TheSr. Specialist - Group Cybersecurityprovides leadership, operationalenforcementand monitoring ofallCybersecurity policies at theGroup level, liaising closely with CorporateInformationSecurity,ITand other relatedFunctions.Magna PowertrainGlobal Cybersecurity covers 3 security domains related toInformationTechnology(IT),OperationalTechnology(OT), andProductCybersecurity.\nTherole of theSr. Specialist - Group Cybersecurityisto ensurethatallCybersecurityrequirements andprotocolsareeffectivelyimplemented across all locations.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:\nServe asCybersecurity leader inMagna Powertrain (MPT) formonitoringkey security and compliance performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and drive corrective actions to address gaps and enhance organizational security posture.\nProvide guidance and expert advice to different business units inareasITandOTas it relates tosecurity operations and processes.\nProvide support for remediation of IT audit findings, collaborating with stakeholders to address identified gaps,monitorcorrective actions, and ensuretimelyclosure of audit issues.\nAssess risks for assets andservices,andoutline mitigation options and timelines.\nConduct AI risk assessments toidentify, evaluate, and mitigate potential threats associated with artificial intelligence systems and technologies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards\nPerformgroup risk monitoring activities,andassistdivisions,inmaintainingtherespective divisional risk registers, ensuringaccuratedocumentation andtimelyupdates ofidentifiedrisks.\nCoordinateOT security efforts by applying controls to safeguard critical assets, and advise on creating, updating, testing, and training disaster recovery and business continuity plans\nSupport and continuously improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure effective protection of organizational assets and compliance with relevant standards.\nDesignandconsolidatestandardized security processesand associated proceduresto be implemented across MPT Divisions\nCreateawareness campaigns in partnership with Corporate Information Security and providing training\nThe above is intended to describe the general contentof andthe requirements for the performance of this position.
