Together with our employees we constantly strive to create a better world of mobility.\nJob Responsibilities:\nKey Responsibilities:\nFabricate and assemble prototype components, fixtures, tooling, and parts by interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications while maintaining high quality standards.\nOperate a variety of machining and fabrication equipment including CNC mills, lathes, laser cutters, press brakes, welders, and other machine shop equipment to support prototype and production-related projects.\nPerform welding, machining, and finishing operations including MIG/TIG welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping, riveting, and assembly of metal, plastic, composite, and other materials.\nTroubleshoot and maintain equipment by conducting routine machine maintenance, monitoring performance, and identifying corrective actions to ensure safe and efficient operations.\nSupport prototype development and problem-solving activities by collaborating with engineering and production teams to develop solutions, improve designs, and meet project timelines.\nPromote a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment by following safety procedures, maintaining housekeeping standards, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with operational requirements.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or Technical/Vocational Certification required.\n5+ years of experience in machining, fabrication, welding, and CNC operations.\nStrong skills in MIG/TIG welding, machining, blueprint reading, GD&T, and use of precision measuring tools.\nExperience operating CNC mills, lathes, laser tables, press brakes, and related fabrication equipment.\nAutomotive, manufacturing, testing, or prototype development experience preferred.\nValid driver's license; forklift experience and welding certifications are a plus.\nSite Benefits:\nDetailed information on our benefits package will be provided as part of the recruitment process\nAnd now: It’s your turn!\nWe are looking forward to receiving your online application!
