Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.\nGroup Summary:\nThe Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.\nRecognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world.\nJob Responsibilities:\nImmediate open position\nQUALIFICATIONS\n Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent in IT with at least second year completed.\nExcellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.\nExceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills.\nFamiliarity with computers, printers, cell phones and network switches. \nFamiliarity with Office 365 and other business applications.\nFamiliarity with SQL, Power Apps, Power BI, and scripting.\nA definite interest in technology, computer hardware & software.\nDESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS\nAutomotive manufacturing experience\nMAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES\nCompensation: $24.40 - $27.58 per hour\nMonitor and ensure security compliance of computers and mobile devices.\nSupport testing (functional/integration) and Go Live preparation for IT projects.\nSupport users with business applications, phones and hardware.\nSetup and maintain hardware including scanners, printers, copiers, cell phones and computers.\nResponsible for setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of business applications.\nResponsible for documenting and maintaining phone lists, IP addresses etc.\nProvide backup support for Systems Administrators to resolve user or production issues.\nEnsure that all Systems procedures are carried out in accordance with the Mytox BOS manual.\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace in IT areas using effective housekeeping practices.\nProvide on-call technical support and on-site technical support for Mytox Personnel outside of regular business hours as required.\nAdheres to all Mytox safety rules and regulations.\nAny other reasonable request by management.\nAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:\nAt Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
