Job Responsibilities:

Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Assamstadt suchen wir für sofort einen Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/x) im Schichtbetrieb:

Aufgabenschwerpunkte / Inhalte der Position:

• Mitarbeiterfeinplanung und Schichteinteilung durchführen
• Kennzahlen und Ziele im Verantwortungsbereich (z. B. Polyvalenz) am Bereichsboard pflegen
• Einhaltung der Standards (z. B. APA) im eigenen Bereich sicherstellen
• Assessments durchführen
• Festgestellte wiederkehrende Störungen beheben
• Fachliche Arbeiten im Bereich durchführen
• Verwalten der Läger (Einlagerung, Kommissionierung etc. incl. Korrekturmaßnahmen und Bestandskontrolle)
• Mitwirken bei Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Führen von Mitarbeitern (incl. Durchführung von Mitarbeiterentwicklungsgesprächen und Leistungsbeurteilungen)

Qualifikation / Anforderungen:

• Befähigungsnachweis für Flurförderzeuge (Staplerschein) & PKW-Führerschein
• Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik
• Kenntnisse der eingesetzten EDV-Systemen (z.B. ERP, MDE, SAP)
• Kenntnisse der logistischen Abläufe
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Belastbarkeit, Ausdauer, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
