Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.\nJob Responsibilities:\n· Executar manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas em máquinas, equipamentos e dispositivos industriais;\n· Realizar diagnóstico, análise e solução de falhas em equipamentos e linhas automatizadas;\nAtuar na manutenção e diagnóstico de sistemas de automação industrial, PLCs, robôs industriais e interfaces de operação (IHM);\n· Realizar intervenções e diagnóstico em sistemas elétricos e eletrônicos, sensores, atuadores, inversores de frequência, motores e comandos elétricos;\n· Executar manutenção e identificação de falhas em sistemas pneumáticos, incluindo válvulas, cilindros e demais componentes;\n· Executar atividades de manutenção mecânica, incluindo ajustes, substituição de componentes e regulagens quando necessário;\n· Realizar leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos, eletrônicos e pneumáticos, bem como documentação técnica de máquinas e equipamentos;\n· Realizar ajustes, parametrizações e pequenas alterações em sistemas de automação, de acordo com a necessidade do equipamento e procedimentos internos;\n· Implementar melhorias em máquinas, equipamentos e dispositivos, visando aumento de confiabilidade, segurança, produtividade e facilidade de manutenção;\n· Apoiar a identificação e eliminação de causas de falhas recorrentes, contribuindo com ações para evitar reincidências;\n· Verificar as condições de funcionamento dos equipamentos após as intervenções, garantindo sua liberação segura para o processo produtivo;\n· Registrar as intervenções realizadas e manter as informações de manutenção atualizadas conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;\n· Zelar pela conservação de ferramentas, instrumentos de medição, equipamentos e recursos utilizados nas atividades de manutenção;\nAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:\nAt Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
