Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la posición: Realizar trabajos asignados de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en el área de líneas de Maquinado. Tener la capacidad de visualizar y detectar fallas comunes y no comunes de los equipos del área de Maquinado, así como brindar la solución definitiva de estas fallas, con un enfoque preventivo y hacia la seguridad de los equipos y personal.

Conocimientos:

Diagnóstico y reparación de sistemas mecánicos, neumáticos, hidráulicos, electricidad y electrónica, CNC, interpretación de diagramas, sistemas de control industrial. Procesos de Maquinado: conocimientos intermedios en procesos de brochado, generación de engranes, rolado, rectificado, forjado. Maquinas Okuma, Reishauer, Toyoda, Mori Seiki, Gleason, Profilator, AGFM, Federal Broach

Experiencia:

De 3 a 5 años de experiencia mantenimiento industrial, preferentemente en líneas de maquinado automotrices. Saber trabajar bajo presión, y tener disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos y fuera de su horario establecido, según se requiera.

Conocimientos Administrativos:

Intermedio en el manejo de paquete básico de cómputo (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Deseable: Básico en módulo de mantenimiento SAP

Requisitos:

• Alto enfoque en análisis previo de riesgos y en ejecución de actividades
• Enfoque en prevención de condiciones que puedan generar riesgos y/o paros de equipos
• Inglés 50% hablado y escrito

Escolaridad:

• Título técnico en mantenimiento industrial, mecatrónica, electromecánica, o carrera afín. Deseable contar con certificaciones en mantenimiento preventivo o diagnóstico industrial.
