Como Técnico de Mantenimiento Sr., serás clave para asegurar la máxima disponibilidad y desempeño de nuestros equipos de producción, contribuyendo directamente a mantener operaciones seguras, eficientes y de alta calidad.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

• Ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y predictivos en prensas de hidroformado, prensas hot stamping y dobladoras.
• Participar en análisis de fallas y colaborar con Ingeniería, Producción y Tool Room en mejoras.
• Registrar actividades en SAP y mantener la trazabilidad de intervenciones.
• Contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua y cultura de seguridad.
• Ser parte activa de un equipo comprometido con la excelencia operativa y el liderazgo transformador.

Requisitos indispensables

Escolaridad

• Técnico en Electricidad, Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.

Experiencia

• 6 a 9 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial.

Idiomas

• Inglés básico.

• Manejo de SAP
