Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la Posición: Realizar trabajos asignados de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en el área de tratamiento térmico, Hornos, Granalladoras y Enderezadoras con sus Equipos Auxiliares.

Tener la capacidad de visualizar y detectar fallas comunes y no comunes de los equipos del área de tratamiento térmico, así como brindar la solución definitiva de estas fallas, con un enfoque preventivo y hacia la seguridad de los equipos y personal.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Experto en mecánica, neumática, hidráulica, electricidad y electrónica, interpretación de diagramas, sistemas de control industrial.
• Conocimientos avanzados en hornos de atmosfera controlada, hornos de revenido, tanques de temple, sistemas de combustión, quemadores, generadores de gas endotérmico, lavadoras, controladores de temperatura, Sistemas de Granalla, colectores de polvo, exhaustores, manejo de equipo de corte y soldadura.
• Conocimientos Administrativos: Conocimiento avanzado de cómputo (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project). Conocimiento uso y manejo de tablas dinámicas en Excel.
• Conocimiento intermedio de Power BI.
• Conocimiento avanzado en uso y manejo del módulo de mantenimiento SAP.
• Análisis de información y Planeación

Escolaridad:

Carrera técnica en mantenimiento industrial, electromecánico, eléctrico /electrónico o mecatrónica.

Experiencia:

De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Mantenimiento referente a tratamiento térmico, hornos de atmosfera controlada, revenidos, aceites de temple, enderezadoras y granalladoras en el ramo industrial automotriz. Saber trabajar bajo presión, y tener disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos y fuera de su horario establecido, según se requiera.

• Enfoque en prevención de condiciones que puedan generar riesgos y/o paros de equipos
