Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.\nGroup Summary:\nThe Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.\nRecognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world.\nJob Responsibilities:\nREQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO\nEscolaridad: Técnico Electromecánico (Titulo deseable)\nIdioma: Ingles Técnico (certificado deseable)\nExperiencia: 3 - 5 años deseable en Técnico de mantenimiento, Técnico Electricista Industrial, Técnico electromecánico (deseable área automotriz)\nConocimientos: Asegurar el rango máximo de disponibilidad de los equipos a través del mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo con la finalidad de garantizar un correcto Proceso Productivo\nCompetencias Conductuales:\nTrabajo en equipo\nComunicación efectiva\nCompetencias Técnicas:\nElectricista Industrial\nAplicación de Soldadura SMAW (Electrodo Revestido)\nManejo de herramientas eléctricas y manuales\nSistema hidráulico y neumático; Control Eléctrico, Equipo Medición (vernier, flexo metro, micrómetro)\nInterpretación de diagramas eléctricos e hidráulicos.\nConocimientos PLC, básicos en Robótica y (Sistemas de refrigeración-deseable).\nTrabajos en espacios confinados, Trabajos en alturas, uso de grúas viajeras y polipastos\nPrincipales tareas y responsabilidades:\nCumplimiento a Ordenes de Mantenimiento Preventivo asignada\nRetroalimentar a Supervisor sobre mejoras y/o correcciones de las rutinas.\nEjecución de rutinas diarias y reporte inmediato de parámetros fuera de la especificación.\nRevisión de condiciones básicas de los equipos y reporte de anormalidades.\nProponer, Diseñar e Implementar mejoras a los equipos y Procesos\nCorrección de fallas (eléctricas, neumáticas, hidráulicas, control, etc.) en los equipos.\nRealizar reportes de actividades y fallas de forma detallada\nParticipar en los análisis de fallas para identificar la causa raíz de la misma.\nFabricar piezas por medio de soldadura eléctrica.\nInstalar equipo y maquinaria de la empresa.\nSeguimiento y Cumplimiento de actividades de Mantenimiento Programadas (Preventivo, Predictivo y Correctivo).\nAsegurar el arranque a tiempo de líneas de producción.\nRealizar la limpieza e inspección de pits.\nRealizar un registro diario de los parámetros y el estado del colector de polvos.\nVerificación de parámetros de operación de calderas.\nAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:\nAt Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
