The successful candidate will play a strategic role in maintaining this system and ensuring secure and reliable operation in a fast-paced environment. \nMajor Responsibilities\nSupport Magna IT’s Microsoft 365 services including MS Intune & EntraID\nTechnical support of Microsoft Intune and associated GPOs in on-prem AD\nReview of global device compliance and assisting local IT to meet global device compliance goals\nRegularly evaluate UEM/MDM system settings, policies and hardware\nCreation of configuration profiles, compliance policies, GPOs etc. \nCollaborate with other MIT members to support and assist in projects\nWork closely with Divisional IT Admins to help driving adoption and proactively resolve issues\nRespond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner\nProvide operative and administrative support for current and future projects \n2nd and 3rd level User support / ticket handling\nParticipation in on-call rotation\nKnowledge and Education\nPreferably Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a relevant field.\nCompleted education of a technical college.\nWork Experience and Skills\nPreferably 2-3 years of experience managing and configuring UEM/MDM Systems (preferably) Microsoft Intune\nExperience managing mobile devices (iOS & Android) via MDM systems (preferably MS Intune)\nExperience managing Windows 11 based clients via UEM systems (preferably MS Intune)\nExperience managing MacOS based clients via UEM systems (preferably MS Intune) advantageous\nPreferably Experience supporting major enterprise applications/cloud services as MS Intune, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft EntraID, etc.\nAdvanced skills in MS Office products\nGood knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 11 operating systems required\nGood understanding of Powershell scripting\nOther Competencies\nPositive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.\nKnowledge of client lifecycle management systems and current computing trends.\nEffective English communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated technical matters to management, IT partners and the end users\nCan work independently or part of a team.\nConform with and abide by all Company codes, regulations, policies, values, work procedures and instructions. \nMust be an independent problem solver with troubleshooting, decision-making and analytical skills.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:\nAt Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
