Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Electronics.\nJob Responsibilities:\nWe are looking for a Warranty Engineer who will be responsible for managing customer claims, coordinating technical analyses, and collaborating with international teams to drive effective problem resolution and continuous quality improvement.\nWhat will you be responsible for?\nCommunicating with assigned customers regarding warranty and customer claims.\nCoordinating and managing customer claim activities transferred from Customer Quality Engineers.\nEvaluating technical aspects of claims and supporting root cause identification.\nCoordinating the analysis of returned parts in cooperation with laboratories and analysis teams.\nReviewing and justifying Not Trouble Found (NTF) cases.\nMaintaining and managing the plant's customer claims database.\nPreparing regular reports and presentations related to warranty claims and quality performance.\nCommunicating daily with global leaders, Program Management teams, and local stakeholders.\nWorking with OEM customer portals and claim management systems.\nSupporting IMDS-related activities and the preparation of technical documentation for active and passive electrical components.\nWhat are we looking for?\nMinimum 2 years of experience in customer quality, customer complaints handling, or a similar quality-related role.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment; automotive industry experience is an advantage.\nCommunicative level of English, both written and spoken.\nAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel.\nExperience with Minitab is required.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProactive and responsible approach to work.\nGood communication and organizational skills.\nStrong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.\nIt will be an advantage if you have:\nKnowledge of OEM customer portals.\nSalary\nStarting from €1,800 gross per month.
