With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.\nResponsibilities\nJob Summary\nThe Electronics Technician supports all assigned maintenance activities with a focus on electrical systems, PLCs, drives, and safety compliance. This role is hands-on and responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of a wide variety of electronic and electrical equipment in a nonwoven industrial environment. The technician must be knowledgeable in medium and low voltage systems, industrial protocols, and precision calibration techniques.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot and repair PLC systems including GE Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.\nProgram, tune, and repair VFDs including Siemens G120, Masterdrives, Yaskawa, Emerson, Toshiba, and Lenze.\nRecognize and isolate medium voltage systems (4kV and 12kV) and establish Electrically Safe Work Conditions (ESWC) in line with NFPA 70E.\nTroubleshoot 480V, 3-phase systems and understand safe LOTO practices.\nCalibrate and validate electronic and pneumatic instruments.\nInterpret and occasionally modify electrical schematics and PLC programs.\nUnderstand and troubleshoot analog signal and communication networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet).\nUse CMMS to enter work orders, log maintenance activity, and request parts.\nCommunicate effectively with shift teams, planners, and engineering staff.\nEnsure clean, organized, and safe work areas; participate in safety and schedule meetings.\nPerform other duties as assigned by leadership.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nAssociate’s Degree in Industrial Electronics or related discipline preferred;
