With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.\nResponsibilities\nThe Junior Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting product and process quality activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable procedures. The role involves monitoring quality controls, analyzing inspection and testing data, managing quality documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\nThe Junior Quality Engineer will work closely with Production, the Quality Laboratory, Product Development, and Quality Management teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport product and process quality control activities in accordance with production requirements and sampling plans.\nCollect, review, and analyse quality data, preparing reports and communicating results to relevant departments.\nAssist in the preparation, issuance, distribution, and archiving of Certificates of Analysis (CoA).\nMaintain and update quality data within internal systems and customer portals.\nSupport the investigation and documentation of internal non-conformities and customer complaints.\nAssist with sampling activities for new products, raw materials, and product development projects.\nContribute to the preparation, update, and distribution of quality documentation, including Technical Specifications and sampling reports.\nCollaborate with the Quality Laboratory to ensure effective execution of testing activities, equipment maintenance, and record management.\nSupport the development and maintenance of quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.\nParticipate in quality training activities and support the promotion of quality standards across the organization.\nParticipate in internal and external audits and support follow-up actions as required.\nQualifications\nEducation\nUniversity degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).\nLanguage Skills\nGood command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.\nComputer Skills\nGood computer literacy, including proficiency in standard business and quality management applications.\nSpecific Knowledge\nKnowledge of ISO standards.\nKnowledge of product analysis and measurement methodologies.\nUnderstanding of statistical techniques and data analysis.\nKnowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and problem-solving tools.\nOther Competencies\nStrong sense of responsibility and accountability.\nAgile mindset and
