Using Lean, Six Sigma, AI-enabled analytics, and data-driven problem solving, this role leads continuous improvement initiatives and supports deployment of the Magnera Operating System (MOS) across U.S. and Canadian operations. This role is a leadership development opportunity with a target of 2-3 years supporting key projects and initiatives with a path to increased responsibilities/position\nResponsibilities\nJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyze operational and production data to identify waste, variation, and bottlenecks.\nLead Kaizen events, DMAIC projects, and structured problem-solving activities.\nDevelop current and future-state process maps and implement improvement plans.\nApply Lean tools including 5S, standard work, visual management, and daily management systems.\nDevelop SOPs and standardized processes to improve performance and consistency.\nMonitor KPIs and validate improvements through data analysis and SPC.\nPartner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to implement sustainable improvements.\nSupport project pipeline development, project chartering, and benefit tracking.\nSupport implementation and continuous improvement of the Magnera Operating System (MOS)\nQualifications\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.\nMinimum 3 years of manufacturing experience;
