With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.\nResponsibilities\nPerform all tasks in a safe manner\nUnderstand and fully utilize all ISO procedures, control charts, histograms, CpK, and other SPC tools and measurements; recommend improvements based on statistical data and observation. \nOperate all diagnostic equipment needed to perform job \nPerform all in-process and finished product testing as required by specification or as assigned by management. \nCalibrate all testing equipment in the lab. \nCoordinate with QA Lead, Shift Supervisor, Line Leader, Production Technician, Process Engineer, and other Operations team members to resolve issues or discrepancies. \nActively participate in safety, product, and compliance audits\nEnter correct data into Quality Windows, perform analysis of data, and report trends that indicate process issues.\nActively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the QA and Operations teams. \nCommunicate effectively with internal customers as well as co-workers to solve problems and enhance capabilities of the team \nTrain others as needed.\nOther duties as assigned. \nQualifications\n1. Ability to make decisions regarding work priorities.\n2. Ability to read charts and document numbers and events on paper and in computer.\n3. Ability to read electrical indicators and laboratory equipment indicators.4. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.\n5.
