Our goal is to enable product teams to deliver faster, safer, and more consistent customer experiences, and you’ll play an instrumental role in that journey. You’ll collaborate with Senior Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to create a cohesive frontend platform that unites multiple SaaS products into a single, scalable application.\nThis is a hands-on technical leadership role: Part Architect, Part Builder, and Part Mentor. You’ll lead by example, designing reusable UI frameworks, modernizing legacy codebases, and guiding engineering teams toward better patterns, tooling, and practices. No ivory towers.\nWhat We're Looking For\n8+ years of professional software development experience, ideally across both backend (C# or similar) and frontend (React or similar).\n5+ years of experience shipping pragmatic SaaS solutions to production (AWS, Azure, or GCP), balancing technical vision with delivery.\nHands-on experience deploying and operating services in Kubernetes, including containerization, scaling, and troubleshooting.\nProficiency with relational and/or distributed data stores (MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Clickhouse, etc.).\nExcellent mentorship and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and challenge senior developers.\nClear and confident communication: you can explain tradeoffs, document patterns, and build trust across Engineering, Product, and UX.\nComfortable leading by example: rolling up your sleeves to prototype ideas and prove out new patterns, then scaling those patterns widely through evangelism and mentorship.\nBachelor’s degree in a Computer Science related field.\nNice To Have\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Argo).\nExperience building secure systems in high-security or regulated environments.\nFamiliarity with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).\nExperience with domain-driven design and modular architecture.\nUnderstanding of AI systems, including LLM architectures, token generation, and MCP frameworks.\nExperience designing and implementing extensible frontend architectures (e.g., modular React apps, micro frontends, or plugin systems).\nFamiliarity with design systems, accessibility, and internationalization best practices.\nEnthusiasm for using agentic AI and other modern practices as a key part of the SDLC\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
