homebuyers.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Build and ship chat, voice, and multimodal AI agents integrated into production products.\n\n- Design agent workflows using LLMs, tools, memory, and state.\n\n- Implement voice pipelines, including ASR, TTS, turn-taking, and interruptions.\n\n- Work on Indian language voice agents, including latency and quality tuning.\n\n- Develop workflow automation logic driven by agents.\n\n- Build task execution systems where agents plan, act, and verify outcomes.\n\n- Design and implement media and martech agents as part of product features.\n\n- Build persona-based systems for content, campaigns, and engagement.\n\n- Implement agent moderation and control mechanisms.\n\n- Add observability, logging, and debugging for AI behavior.\n\n- Reduce hallucinations and failure modes through system design.\n\n- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\n\n- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science.\n\n- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications.\n\n- Experience with chat agents or conversational systems.\n\n- Understanding of tool calling, agent loops, memory, and state.\n\n- Experience integrating AI, APIs and MCP's into backend or product workflows.\n\n- Familiarity with voice AI systems or strong interest in building them.\n\n- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven features.\n\n- Strong debugging mindset for real-world AI failures.\n\n- Comfort working in fast-moving product environments.\n\nStrong plus if you have experience with:\n\n- Voice agents, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, telephony systems, Indian language NLP or speech systems.\n\n- Workflow automation or agent orchestration frameworks.\n\n- RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases.\n\n- Martech, CLM, campaign automation, or ad-tech workflows.\n\n- Persona-based content or personalization systems.\n\n- SaaS products
