The role requires strong technical expertise, end-to-end ownership of complex features, and the ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, cloud-native applications.\n\n- Take end-to-end ownership of complex features, services, and systems, from design through deployment and production support.\n\n- Apply strong knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and software architecture patterns.\n\n- Develop high-quality software using at least one core technology stack such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Go.\n\n- Lead technical discussions and make sound architecture and design decisions.\n\n- Mentor engineers, conduct technical knowledge sharing, and support the professional growth of team members.\n\n- Implement and promote modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, observability, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into robust software solutions.\n\n- Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive solutions to completion.\n\n- Communicate technical concepts, design decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Leverage AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to improve engineering productivity and software development efficiency.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\n\n- 6 - 8 years of professional software engineering experience.\n\n- Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language/technology stack, such as:\n\n1. Python\n\n2. Java\n\n3. JavaScript / TypeScript\n\n4. C#\n\n5. Go\n\n- Proven experience developing scalable, cloud-native applications.\n\n- Strong understanding of:\n\n1. System Design\n\n2. Distributed Systems\n\n3. Software Architecture\n\n4.
