You will split your time between hands-on software development, system architecture, and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver clean, maintainable code on schedule.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Technical Leadership & Architecture : Lead system design, architectural decisions, and technical direction for core products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.\n\n- Hands-on Development : Spend ~50 - 60% of your time writing high-quality, production-ready code, conducting rigorous code reviews, and setting engineering standards.\n\n- Team Management & Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers.
