Eik Teleport is situated 13 km from Moi, the administrative center in Lund municipality. In November 2025, we upgraded our Eik Teleport facility in Norway with modern, high-tech office space for our Network Operations Centre. The facility now serves as a broader Managed Services Support Centre, supporting the growing range of digital systems used across our maritime customer base.\nWe are looking for a graduate to join our network support team!\nWe are looking for recent graduates to join our Maritime Network Operations team as Network Support Engineers. In this role, you will make sure our commercial customers get world-class support for our managed maritime services. You will investigate and resolve technical issues by bringing together information from multiple sources, digging into the root cause, and finding the best solution or workaround. Throughout the process, you will keep customers informed and engaged. To succeed, you need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with confidence in communicating with customers. Experienced candidates are also welcome to apply.\nMain Task & Responsibilities\nProvide 2nd Level technical support based on events from monitoring systems or faults reported by customers (as part of the incident management process). The 2nd level Network Support team is working mainly with Fortinet and Cisco solutions, but also with 4G/5G modems and managed WIFI solutions.\n\nWork in a 24/7 shift rotation in the Maritime Network Operations Center\n\nCreate and process requests from customers\n\nDemonstrate technical proficiency, ability to work independently, quality focus, attention to detail and a drive for ensuring customer satisfaction\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of support and troubleshooting processes and procedures\n\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical education on university level or equivalent\n\nKnowledge of IP, Networking & Routing\n\nExcellent written and verbal English language skills\n\nExcellent general IT knowledge\n\nDriver’s License\n\nPreferred (but not required) Skills and Experience\nKnowledge of Fortinet or Cisco solutions\n\nKnowledge of Cyber Security\n\nKnowledge of WIFI and mobile 4G/5G/LTE networks & services.\n\nKnowledge of ITIL\n\nExperience using AI tools to support troubleshooting, analysis, or problem solving\n\nAttitude & Interpersonal skills\nStays calm under pressure and makes sound decisions when needed\n\nStructured, systematic, and focused on results\n\nCustomer-oriented and a clear, confident communicator\n\nTeam player who builds strong working relationships with colleagues and customers\n\nWhat we can offer\nA dynamic, high-technology position with the market leader in Maritime Communications.\n\nAttractive compensation package.\n\nCorporate cottage (bedriftshytte) for use by employees.\nWe look forward to hearing from you.
