Numbers, taxes, payroll and military records all come together in one role, and you’ll own it. You’ll be the person who keeps our LLC compliant and our books clean, and who knows exactly what the Diia.City regime requires.\nWhat you’ll do\nRun full accounting and tax records for the LLC;\n\nKeep primary documents in order: check that they exist and are filled in correctly;\n\nHandle bank operations, payments and settlements with counterparties;\n\nCalculate and pay taxes and fees;\n\nPrepare and submit tax and financial reports on time;\n\nCalculate salaries, vacation pay, sick leave and other payments;\n\nMake sure we meet Diia.City residency requirements at all times;\n\nPrepare reports and documents that confirm our compliance;\n\nTake part in audits;\n\nCommunicate with banks, tax authorities, auditors and other institutions;\n\nPrepare data and documents for management when they ask;\n\nProcess hiring and dismissals, and file new-hire notifications with the tax office;\n\nPrepare HR orders for vacations, business trips and more;\n\nPrepare and maintain employment contracts and, when needed, gig contracts;\n\nMaintain the staffing table and time tracking;\n\nKeep military records for employees: notifications, lists and reports\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nPractical experience running full accounting and tax records for an LLC;\n\nRequired: experience with a Diia.City resident company, preferably one with critical enterprise status;\n\nGood knowledge of how employees and gig specialists are taxed under Diia.City;\n\nSolid command of Ukrainian accounting, tax and labor legislation;\n\nExperience with payroll and reporting;\n\nExperience with HR document flow;\n\nKnowledge of military record-keeping rules, or readiness to get up to speed quickly;\n\nAttention to detail, a sense of responsibility and the habit of never missing a deadline;\n\nConfident use of accounting software, e-reporting systems, Excel and client-bank\n\nWhat we offer\nFlexible work format.
